New York, NY (November 23, 2012) – the National Executive Board of Latinas Promoviendo Comunidad/Lambda Pi Chi Sorority, Inc is proud to announce the launch of their brand new website, www.lambdapichi.org. The site is the capstone of a year’s worth of work the Organization undertook as it strives to rebrand itself as the Premier Latina Sorority in the nation.

During this year’s annual national convention, celebrated in Philadelphia, PA, the Sorority launched a new brand and marketing identity. This new brand was created in collaboration with Innova Ideas and Services to provide the Sorority with a consistent public image as well as provide new marketing tools to position the Sorority in a global landscape amongst today’s Greek lettered and women’s organizations. The new brand’s identity includes: a customized logo, an updated look and feel, as well as public materials that focus on this new identity. Framed by the organization’s new branding message "Women of Strength, Women of Character,” the new marketing materials have been crafted to address our target audience—women leaders on campuses nationwide—as well as portray the professional characteristics of the Sorority.

The new website builds upon the previous site’s functionality with additional user benefits as well as providing an updated look and feel. The site has been reorganized making it easier to navigate as well as more user-friendly. Additional sections including "Being a Pi Chi” and "Promoting Our Community,” have been added to share individual members’ journeys to the Hermanad as well as their contributions and commitment to service, with the general public. There is also a new "Resources” section that answers frequently asked questions from women seeking to learn more, concerned parents and university officials.

"I am elated to see this project take flight. A great deal of thought and energy has been invested in positioning ourselves publicly and through the common language of technology. I look forward to seeing the site become a hub of activity and information for members and the public at large” says National President Maria Diaz.
