Historically, our Hermandad had held two Conclaves each year to conduct business and address the needs of the organization. However, in 2009 a proposal was set forth to change the structure of our business meetings. It was in the Fall 2009, the proposal to hold an annual 3-day Convention, thereby bringing our organization to a larger-scope organization, as well as minimizing costs and travels for participating Hermanas.

In the past, Lambda Pi Chi has celebrated its annual convention in Boston, MA and Philadelphia, PA.
